Devin is an actress known for July Rising (2018). Known by most as Dev, she was born October 4, 1992 and raised in League City, Texas. She studied film at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and has a bachelors in theatre acting and minor in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Theatre is where she first found her home and Dev has several stage appearances under her belt in addition to her film credits.
