A southern California native, Elba Soto-Quiñones began to perform in dance recitals, plays, and musicals around age 6. She went on to get a B.A. of Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and since then has appeared in film, television, commercial, and theatrical productions.
Elba is a bilingual performer of Puerto Rican descent. She has performed in productions both in the United States and in Madrid, Spain, and represented her hometown in the Miss California Latina Pageant. She has appeared on both English and Spanish-language networks, including Telemundo.
