Born in Quilpue, Chile and raised in New Jersey Cris began his career in 2006, working as a production assistant on the feature film "Six Thugs". In the summer of 2012 he shot B camera on the feature "Kill Kapone" with director Alfredo Ramos. In 2013 he was the Cinematographer for the award winning short "Caprichosas" with director Jose Solomon.
His short "NotWithStanding" was an official selection at the 2018 Pasadena International Film Festival. That same year he was the producer and editor for the short Tomorrow We Laugh with director Alfredo Ramos. In 2021 he produced the award winning feature film "Welcome to Our World" with director Alfredo Ramos.
