Brian's music has earned him rave reviews in The New York Times, six ASCAP Plus Awards, a Jonathan Larson Fellowship and the Anna Sosenko Trust Award, among other honors. His compositions have been performed by the Boston Pops, the Indianapolis Philharmonic and a wide array of musicians and vocalists across the country, in Europe and on television.
In 2017, Brian co-composed the original television score to Eric Garcia's series "Cassandra French's Finishing School" (Lifeboat Productions.) Brian's musical "Girlstar", directed by Tony Award nominee Eric Schaeffer, premiered at Signature Theatre in October, 2015. The legendary Eartha Kitt led the cast of his original Off-Broadway musical "Mimi Le Duck". "The Top Job", based on the best-selling children's book, is licensed throughout the US.
