A graduate in Industrial Design by Rio de Janeiro's Catholical
University and Scriptwriting by the School of Cinema Darcy Ribeiro, was
professor of stage design and film core member of the Nós do Morro
Group of Theatre between 2001 and 2006. Among his most recent works
stands the writing and directing of the short "The last opium den" ("A
última casa de ópio", 2010), winner of the Riofilme award; editing of
the feature film "So Hard to Forget" ("Como Esquecer", 2010), directed
by Malu de Martino; editing of the documentary film "A feast for
George" (Uma festa para Jorge, 2009), directed by Isabel Joffily and
Rita Toledo, direction and editing of the TV show "Portraits - Sandra
Werneck" (2009), for Canal Brasil; first assistant director for the
feature film "Love Is All We Need" ("Não se Pode Viver Sem Amor",
2010), directed by Jorge Duran. Partner at El Desierto Filmes, works in
the city of Rio de Janeiro as editor, designer and director since 2002.
He is currently the producer of the project "On the Ruins", winner of
Barzilian Ministry of Culture award for development of low-budget
feature films.
