Alejandro Matias

Alejandro was born in Patagonia Argentina, to his father Alberto Matias and mother Graciela Matias. Alejandro's grandparents on his Father's side where immigrants from Portugal and his grandparents on his Mothers side where from Chile. Alejandro's mother is Mestizó, meaning half Spanish half Native American of the Mapuche Tribe in Patagonia. Alejandro identifies as a Latino American. After immigrating to the United States, Alejandro would end up being raised in the Washington D.C. area along with his older sister Mariana. At 19 he took his first acting class in community college and was hooked. Moving to LA at 22 he struggled like so many others. Eventually he moved to Portland Oregon to get away and finish his Bachelors degree in Exercise science and Theatre. He now lives in Los Angeles once again to pursue his first love of Acting.
