Writer-director K.C. Conway has been telling stories since he was five years old. Inspired by seeing Star Wars as a child, K.C. embarked on a life-long journey to become a filmmaker. He has made over a dozen shorts and directed his first short feature in college, where it was lauded by award-winning sound designer Randy Thom (Cast Away, Apocalypse Now) as "an outstanding microbudget achievement in sound." K.C. has worked tirelessly in the film industry for the last decade, first as an editing mentee of Academy Award Winning filmmaker Christopher Nolan, then as a freelance production assistant, sound editor/designer, and colorist for companies including Universal Studios, Discovery, and Warner Brothers, as well as countless indie productions. He was also a lead writer on "Green Valley," one of the first developed television series for indie distributor A24. In 2020, K.C. opened his own post production company C4 Studios, the only microbudget focused studio in Los Angeles, where he has worked on award-winning films that have screened at Sundance, Berlinale, Tribeca, TIFF, Palm Springs, as well as distributed internationally on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Tubi.
