PJ Landers has been working as an Actor and Comic in NYC for over 20 years.
Born and Bred in Sunnyside-Woodside, Queens NYC. He has performed in several Off Broadway productions as part of NYC's top Theater Groups. Rockaway Sunset was PJ's writing and directing debut. The film was screened at over 20 different film festivals. It took home Best Short Film for the Lake Placid Film Festival.
