It looks like Stranger Things fans will have to say goodbye to yet another beloved character when season five finally hits Netflix.
During a recent podcast appearance, Eduardo Franco, who played Argyle in season four of the hit sci-fi series, may not be joining the gang in Hawkins, Indiana, for their final showdown with Vecna.
Stranger Things season five began production on Jan. 8, and the team announced the news with a black and white cast photo, which did not include Franco. Podcast host Steve Varley pointed out to the actor that fans of his character were in a frenzy when he was nowhere to be found and asked if he could share any update on Argyle’s involvement in the season.
“I appreciate that,” he told the host about fans being disappointed he wasn’t in the shot. “It’s nice to hear that there’s some sort of concern or something,...

The fourth season of "Stranger Things" has plenty of highlights, but no episode stands out quite as much as "Dear Billy." The fourth chapter of the season has already become a massive part of the pop cultural zeitgeist since its May debut, thanks largely to a scene in which Max (Sadie Sink) faces off against the villainous Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) with the help of a classic Kate Bush song. But the episode also features one of the most impressive sequences the series has pulled off to date. It's an immersive one-take shot that apparently felt very real to the actors who filmed it.
In an interview with MTV News, series stars Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp discussed the scary scenes that "got to them" the most. For Schnapp, who plays artistic teen Will Byers in the show, there was a clear standout: the Lenora shootout. The sequence comes mid-way through episode four,...

The “Fargo” Season 4 episode “East/West” garnered a great deal of attention for how cinematographer Dana Gonzales’ black-and-white photography broke from the color kodachrome look that gave the rest of “Year Four” its distinct period feel. Yet it was the audio side of the crafts team that had to walk a fine line in telling the story of Rabbi Milligan (Ben Whishaw) and Satchel Cannon (Rodney L. Jones III) embarking on their fateful road trip.
IndieWire recently caught up with composer Jeff Russo and co-supervising sound editors, Nick Forshager and Tim Boggs — all of whom received Emmy nominations (along with Gonzales) for their work on “East/West” — to discuss how they found a balance in making this unique episode, which was inspired by the Coen Brothers “Barton Fink” as well as the oft-referenced 1939 classic “The Wizard of Oz.”

Hey, "Empire" fans. Unfortunately, we have some pretty bad news to deliver in this article. It turns out that it's that time of year again where your favorite show is going to have to take a back seat to Fox's coverage of the Major League Baseball World Series. Yep, that's right. The upcoming episode 5 of this current season 4 is getting delayed for a possible two weeks! It's definitely not going to air next Wednesday, October 25,2017 due to Fox covering the big Game 2 of the World Series. What could make this even worse is if the series is driven to seven games. That means the show would not air on Wednesday night, November 1,2017 as well! This is a big "if" though. It has happened in the past. In fact, it just happened last year causing Empire to be delayed for two weeks. We certainly hope that doesn't happen this year, but...
