Born and raised in New York, Alessandro Lopes graduated from Xavier
High School, co creating a film making class along with his classmate,
Joe Calabrese, and continued his education to Savannah College of Art
and Design (SCAD), majoring in film, and minoring in Visual FX.
Alessandro Lopes started off as a Production Assistant at a young age,
then a camera operator and assistant film editor for an award-winning
television series, "Great Decisions."
Alessandro Lopes is writing, directing, and working as a cinematographer on his own film called, "City of Hope," a web-series that takes real sex trafficking stories, and re-creates them into suspenseful fictional stories.
At the same time, Alessandro Lopes is the main film editor for a feature length documentary that will release early 2014.
