Flynn(IV)

Flynn Michael is an Entertainer and Producer of various productions, Live Shows, and Studio works. An Actor, Sound Engineer, DJ, Voice Actor, and more, he's been a part of numerous Theatrical and Broadcast productions since starting his first TV Show on Rhode Island Cable Access in 1989, Rock Syndicate; a music and variety skit show that interviewed several famous acts, such as The Ramones, and Vicious Rumors.
Attending The Art Institute of Philadelphia in 1991, he continued on into Studio Recording and Live Event Sound Production, eventually making his way to New York City where he worked in Video Production and DVD Authoring around the late 90's. A brief run fronting the Indy-grunge style band Gauge as singer and guitarist, the band gigged often and recorded several originals. Flynn also provided various technical media services at large-scale shows for clients like Google, Microsoft, and Jerry Seinfeld (The Marriage Ref, 2010) with Pro-LED walls, Lighting, and AV Production.
After creating the world-famous Lightsaber Choreography group New York Jedi in 2005, Flynn taught Saber Stage Combat at ComicCons and clubs all over the United States, which was featured in the films Jedi Junkies, A Short Film About Jedi, and other News Outlets like Time Magazine, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. Moving to San Francisco in 2015, he engages with the local lightsaber group Golden Gate Knights to produce more shows, and teach classes under the name Saberist Academy until 2019, pre-Pandemic.
Upon moving to Los Angeles in early 2022, he has been working Sound Engineering at world famous venues like The Whisky a GoGo, and The Silverlake Lounge, and is now focusing on more Voice Over projects, and future live shows under the FLYNN'S LIVE name, FlynnsLive.
