Michelle Muldoon is a dual national writer/director (Canada/UK) who calls Vancouver home. Her films and screenplays have been recognized at film festivals around the world. Her film Last Stand to Nowhere screened for two months in the Museum of the Southwest and at the 2019 Almeria Western Film Festival, the home of the Sergio Leone classics. Michelle was the only female director accepted to the festival.
As a Board Member of Women in Film and Television Vancouver, Michelle used her mandate to create the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival Screenplay Competition. In 2020, Michelle Muldoon was named one of eight Canadian female directors to participate in the Women in the Director's Chair (WIDC) Story and Leadership Program and in 2021 was named to the Whistler Film Festival Women in Focus Mentorship Program.
