- Mindy Fay Parks made her television debut on NBC's Chicago Fire (2012) as 'Sally', the mother who throws her baby from a burning building. She is most recognized for her role in Lovecraft Country (2020) and the multi-award winning short comedy Off Book (2016), which she co-created with Eric Feltes.
Mindy was born in Oklahoma and began acting early in life, performing in school plays and community theaters. She holds an Honors degree in Theatre from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, she moved to Japan where she taught English and worked on improving her Japanese language skills. While in Japan, she also played the role of 'Ophelia' in Nameless Theatre's production of 'Hamlet'.
