Michela Lansing was born and raised in Iran in an artistic family of sculptors and painters. She started her career in music at the age of seven and by the age of thirteen she became one of the very few female pianists invited to perform a solo in Tehran. Michela moved to the United States at the age of nineteen and earned an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Shortly after she moved to Los Angeles and attended the Stella Adler Academy of Acting, training under Tracy Ellis and Timothy McNeil. Michela later joined the Ruskin Theater Company where she studied with world-renowned producers and actors such as Tony Bill, Dylan McDermott and Chris Mulkey. She made her first film, The Vigilante, in 2015, which was distributed by Amazon Prime. Michela Lansing is married to John Lansing and has two children.
