Jeremiah LaBrue
- Actor
Jeremiah grew up in Missouri, went to college in Utah, thought about
being a doctor, then came to his senses.
Now he's an actor in Los Angeles.
Before entering the university, Jeremiah had never done any acting. But when a friend told him there were lots of girls on the role for Theater 101, he signed up and was hooked...by the theater...not by the girls...damn it.
He cut his show business teeth on student films and community theater. Realizing he would never use his physiology degree, he decided to take advantage of his far more practical minor in acting. So he went to that Mecca of dramatic art: Miami, Florida.
There, he acquired further performance skill in local acting classes, did some commercial work, and joined his first sketch comedy group.
Before long, though, he realized that he would be old and gray before he saw any success in the Miami entertainment industry, and given that he had no interest in selling cocaine or smuggling immigrants into the States, he did the smart thing: he moved to Los Angeles with no job and no place to live.
Since his arrival in Los Angeles, he has performed in improv comedy groups, independent films, stand up comedy, and has recently completed principal photography on his own dating documentary, soon to be released.
