Blake French is an American actor, model, stuntman, journalist, and magazine editor. Born in Lansing, Michigan, he has worked and lived in all major U.S. entertainment and media markets, from Los Angeles and Las Vegas to Chicago and Miami. Now, he resides in New York City.
Aside from a brief stint as a Vegas Chippendale, Blake is best known for his titular role in the widely popular Adult Swim series "Neon Joe: Werewolf Hunter," playing the villainous werewolf opposite comedian John Glaser ("Parks and Recreation") airing in 2017 on Cartoon Network / Adult Swim. In 2020, the teen horror film "Porno" premiered at the prestigious SXSW Film Festival, in which he appeared as an infamous sex demon. The following year, the acclaimed film "Prelude" premiered at TriBeCa Film Festival, in which he played a cougar-chasing Soap Opera star.
In 2023, Blake started receiving media attention after appearing in musician Troye Sivan's highly anticipated and widely controversial music video "One of Your Girls." The same year, he landed roles in the second season of the TV series "Great Kills" and then a strong supporting role as Randy the security guard in the upcoming feature film "Concessions," opposite Steven Ogg and Michael Madsen.
As model, Blake has appeared in campaigns featured on billboards, magazines, newspapers, commercials, and infomercials.
Blake is well versed in martial arts, weapons and firearms training, and stage combat. He's performed stunts for television series, feature films, stage, and commercials, including "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" and in the iconic war sequence in the 2017 Best Picture Academy Award nominated Steven Spielberg film "The Post."
