- [Rachael Pearce on working with KaMeek Lucas Taitt] Memories is my first film project. So I can't compare it to any other film project. I can hope that the future film projects that I work on, that my relationship with the director is just as relaxed, easy going, genuine, professional, and fun as it is with KaMeek. Although the content of the project is not the most lighthearted nor socially understood of topics, KaMeek and I had such intense, insightful, in depth yet fun, goofy conversations and even across the country. This piece has been a struggle for me as an actress emotionally and without KaMeek I wouldn't have had come this far with it. Working with him has ignited my passion again for being an artist as well as my confidence and willingness to do what I love, whatever that may become. He is truly a thoughtful person and director - the most stubborn one you'll meet! But just the perfect amount of stubborn - to push you and to catch you when you fall a bit. It's been a joy to work with him. I know this won't be the last.
- [Christina Calph on working with KaMeek Lucas Taitt in his film "Drifters"] KaMeek was a delight to work with! I am so thankful I got to meet such an ambitious filmmaker, especially at such a young age! What should of been a really uncomfortable scene to shoot for me, KaMeek really eased my nerves of being intimate with another person in front of the camera. He is upfront and discusses all action before the actual shoot & is willing to work with me and my comfort level. If only everyone did this!! He was extremely respectful and was a definite actor-friendly director. He really understood what an actor needed to do to make the scene work and/or make his vision come alive. He is a one-man show with a Heart of Gold. It would be an honor to work with him again in the future! Love you KaMeek!!!
- Whatever you feel is best for you is never wrong.
