In 2018 Caroline launched her own line of pizza sauce called "Pizza Girl," which includes Marinara, Puttanesca, and Vodka Sauce.
Good friends with Paris Hilton.
On April 30, 2015, she gave birth to a daughter name Isabella Viking Alt. Child's father is her husband, Bobby Alt.
Her parents, Joe and Bonnie D'Amore, are the founders of D'Amore's Pizza Connection.
