Tim Duffy is an Emmy Award-winning producer, an Emmy-nominated Director, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, and Co-President of Ugly Brother Studios with his twin brother, Mike. Since the launch of Ugly Brother, Tim has created and produced shows across an array of genres including reality, documentary/factual, variety, and comedy. Having worked with more than two dozen networks and brand partners during the past 5 years, Duffy's become widely respected as consistently delivering premium-quality content, regardless of budget.

Prior to launching Ugly Brother in 2013, Tim ran the unscripted division of Spike TV. As Senior Vice-President of Original Series, he spearheaded the network's transition from a male-skewing audience towards a general entertainment audience, developing and/or creating several of the network's most successful shows including "Deadliest Warrior", "Pros Vs. Joes", "Auction Hunters", "DEA", "Ink Master" and "Bar Rescue". Tim began his career as a Production Manager at Dick Clark Productions, working alongside Mr. Clark on shows such as "Greed", "$64,000 Pyramid", and "The Golden Globe Awards".
