Kelly V. Dolan was born Kelly Virginia Dolan in Aurora, Illinois, growing up just 40 miles outside of Chicago. Kelly attended Columbia College, Chicago, where she had already begun working; performing at Second City, booking national commercials with Adidas and Lady Footlocker, and touring with top artists the likes of Jay-Z, R. Kelly and Stellar Award Winning Gospel Singer Donald Lawrence. After graduating with a B. A. in Dance and Theater and traveling back and forth between LA and Chicago for a year, she made the move out West!
Kelly is one of the most versatile and consistent working actors, known for her lead roles on the Emmy-Nominated Series, Hip Hop Harry, the sci-fi thriller, Age of Dinosaurs on SyFy, multi-award winning Indie films such as Headway and The Forerunner, and numerous commercials.
Kelly has a deep love for comedy doing everything from improv to sketches to stand up! She recently wrapped on comedy feature, Dominos: Battle of the Bones, opposite HaHa Davis, starring David Arquette and directed by NBA All-Star Baron Davis. Kelly is currently in production for CWK, a comedy series she co-created and stars in. Other comedy credits include: The teen comedy series, Painting Autumn, in the role of quirky make-up artist, Miss Claret, sketches for What the Funny opposite Damon Wayans Jr., famous Youtube channels alongside The Kloons and Bart Baker, produced and directed a spoof of Antoine Fuqua's, The Magnificent Seven, with an all female cast, currently on Funny or Die and was in Wiz Khalifa's hilarious virtual music video "Stayin' Out All Night", directed By Director X, alongside Tia Carrere.
Kelly's chameleon like personality allows her to step in and out of roles and projects seamlessly, which is why it was no surprise that the "Hosting World" found her. Kelly's ability to connect with people from all walks of life, combined with her outgoing and fun personality contributes to her success as a host. A highlight of Kelly's hosting career was when she interviewed the legendary Stan Lee at Comic Con for The Weekend Gamer, backstage, where not even the major outlets were allowed. Other Hosting Credits include: SAG Awards, MTV Awards, WWE Summer Slam, NAACP Image Awards, Alma Awards, numerous movie premieres, co-produced and hosted for NBC News Radio's, ABC news radio, Kikimobile on A&E/FYI Network and The Scoop on live.me.
