Kathy Rose Center - actor, writer, native Texan and retired IBM product developer - dove into acting at age 54 with diligence, fearlessness, irrepressible humor and a well-tempered heart. She has demonstrated outstanding versatility, from improvisational comedy to riveting drama, starring in the psychological thriller "Grandma's House" (2018), Best Feature Film at the 2018 American Horror Film Festival. Her memorable appearance in Season 3 of "Breaking Bad" was the featured video clip on the AMC TV website that week. On stage, her work in a wide variety of roles has been described as "gripping," "beautiful," "admirable," "sly," and "terrific." Kathy is represented by Collier Talent Agency in Austin, TX, is an active member of the ScriptWorks playwriting community, and a core member of the Austin Writers Workshop screenwriting group.
