Lale Arpaci is an Emmy award nominated producer on ABC News' hit show 20/20.
Before this, Lale Executive Produced and directed a series for Partnership to End Addiction, a short funded documentary for the organization Race Forward about activists fighting racial injustice in Raleigh, and was one of a few selected to direct Google's Near Me campaign, which aired during SNL and during prime time network television.
Arpaci also directed several #1 trending videos for for MrBeast. Thrillist named one of the videos Lale directed as top 10 in the world in 2020.
Lale produced "Up and Vanished" on Oxygen, fresh off producing both seasons of Oxygen network's number one show, "In Ice Cold Blood."
Lale was a comedy producer for 7 seasons of MTV's highest-rated show, "Ridiculousness," hosted by Rob Dyrdek. She's also produced a number of other hit television series, including "Now That's Funny" for Channel 5 in the UK. Lale co-directed and produced short horror film Postpartum, which won numerous best film awards in festivals around the world.
In 2015 Lale directed Nu House DJ Eche Palante's official music video for "A Discussion Between Saxes" as well as Lucinda William's "Protection".
Prior to this, Lale served as Supervising Producer and Director of a 13-episode celebrity interview series for USA Today Live featuring interviews with Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff, Tori Spelling, Brooke Shields, Leonard Nimoy, Dana Delany, Zachary Quinto, and more. She was assistant story editor on Bravo's "Work Out" and was sought out by USA Today Live to produce and direct a pilot presentation "Press Pass" for Bravo. At that time she directed two short documentaries about Los Angeles and one was named in LA Weekly's annual "Best of" edition. She has also directed and produced industrial videos for Taco Bell Corporation, Hyundai and for the City of Los Angeles hydroelectric power plants.
Lale has served as casting director on several different projects, including on a PSA for Partnership for Drugfree.org featuring real and celebrity stories.
Before becoming a producer and director in her own right, she worked with legendary producer/writer/director Mel Brooks on the film adaptation of the musical "The Producers" and with writer/director Phil Alden Robinson.
