Rodrigo DeMedeiros is a Seattle-based actor born in Brazil. He started
acting professionally in 2000. Since then, he has been cast in several
highly acclaimed independent feature and short films, including Sam
Akina's "Bullets, Blood & A Fistful of Ca$h" (Worldwide release in
2008, including Starz/Encore), Jay Purcell's "Continuum" (official
entry Seattle International Film Festival 2009), and the award winning
short "Two Julias" (Honorable Mention at ReelHeart Film Festival in
Canada). Rodrigo also holds a BA in Advertising (University of
Brasilia, Brazil), a AAA in Commercial Photography (Art Institute of
Seattle), and has been a professional photographer since 1993. Best
known for his versatility, charisma and passion, he has played critical
roles in several independent productions, including the short film "The
Instrument" (Official entry Seattle International Film Festival 2009),
the much anticipated new "Star Trek: Phoenix" series, and the vampire
thriller "Bloodletter". "In The Trunk", his first script, was a
finalist in the 2008 IFP Spotlight Awards competition.
