- The retired Chief of the West Long Branch Police Department in New Jersey. Also a former Explorer, Dispatcher and Special Officer of the Little Silver New Jersey Police Department and former US National Park Ranger.
- Larry Mihlon's father, Lawrence F. Mihlon, was a producer who worked with industry icons such as Trevor Howard, Bo Svenson and Celine Lomez. Lawrence F. Mihlon also published a 192 page book on the Passion Play called, The Last Hours with Jesus (1982).
- Larry is also a WWII, Old West and former Civil War reenactor as well as one of the co-founders of the World War Two Historical Association.
