Nicole is an award winning film producer whose films have screened at festivals worldwide and been released in Australia and internationally.
Nicole started out in the industry producing many award winning short films including Nash Edgerton's Spider, which received an honourable mention at the Sundance Film Festival in 2009.
In 2009 & 2010 Nicole developed and produced feature film Griff The Invisible written and directed by Leon Ford, which screened at Toronto & Berlin International Film Festivals before being released in Australia by Transmission Paramount and in the US by Indomina Releasing. The film won the AACTA Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2011.
In 2011 Nicole attended the renowned Binger Film Lab in Amsterdam as a creative producer and in 2012 Nicole received a Screen Australia Feature Enterprise grant for her company Wildflower Films to develop her film projects.
In 2013 she produced Gracie Otto's feature length documentary The Last Impresario about legendary British theatre producer Michael White. The film received an AACTA Award nomination for Best Feature Documentary in 2014 and screened at the London and Dubai Film Festivals, ahead of its release in Australia, the UK, Canada and the US.
In 2014 & 2015 Nicole developed and produced the feature film The Daughter alongside Jan Chapman. Written and directed by acclaimed theatre director Simon Stone, it starred Geoffrey Rush, Sam Neil, Miranda Otto, Ewen Leslie, Paul Schneider, Anna Torv and newcomer Odessa Young. In 2016 the film received ten AACTA Award nominations, including Best Film; and won three, including Best Adapted Screenplay. The Daughter also received ten Film Critics Circle Australia award nominations, including Best Film, and won three. The film premiered at the Venice Film Festival and Toronto and London International Film Festivals before being released in Australia by Roadshow Films.
In 2017, and alongside Imogen Banks, Nicole will produce the seventh series of the hit TV drama Offspring, and new six-part drama series Sisters, both for Network Ten.
