- Rachel Marcus has had one of those "only in the movies" experiences. Having gotten off the camp bus just a mere 24 hours before her "first ever, in her life" audition, she managed to land her very first role, the lead nonetheless, in "Booky and the Secret Santa". And what luck - she had the divine opportunity to star alongside Megan Follows, Canada's treasure - and what an amazing experience that was.
The role of "Booky" was written for Rachel... or so it would seem. Positive and determined, the two have a lot in common. "Booky's Crush", Rachel's second film aired in February 2009 with fabulous reviews.
Rachel can also be seen in "The Dogfather", "Vacation with Derek", "The Devil's Teardrop", and for the little ones, "Stella & Sam", the animated series. Rachel had a blast in the animation world while voicing Stella, and has been nominated for both a Gemini Award and an Actra Award for Stella!

Rachel co-hosted the ACT Awards, honoring the best in English Speaking Children's television, in May 2009. - After watching the first few episodes of Glee, Rachel and a classmate successfully convinced their music teacher to start a glee club. The club entertained at school assemblies, in public venues and visited senior's homes to sing for the residents.
