Caitlin O'Connor(I)

At age 20 Caitlin already has an impressive resume under her belt. She
has been performing since the age of three through singing, dancing and
acting. Caitlin began attending the Pittsburgh CLO Academy at age 5.
Caitlin has performed many shows at the Benedum Center such as Annie
starring Sally Struthers and John Schuck, Evita starring
Scott Holmes, Judy McLane, and Chris Diamantopoulos,
and The Music Man starring Jeff Goldblum; at the Byham in choral
performances; Heinz Hall in the Moscow Ballet's Russian Nutcracker; and
several other performances around Pittsburgh. Caitlin also appeared in
Jeff Goldblum's mockumentary Pittsburgh (2006). Some of her most recent
roles include "Jan" in Grease and an Ensemble member of 42nd Street at
the new Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland. She has
appeared in many short independent and student films, with three
features. She was nominated in 2009 for Best Actress at the Gene Kelly
Awards for her role as "Dolly Levi" in Hello, Dolly! Caitlin has most
recently been performing at the Cleveland Institute of Music in opera
scenes, and at Case Western Reserve University in a review of Sondheim
works in which she played "Charlotte" from A Little Night Music and the
Player's Theater Group's New Playwrights' Festival, and a starring role
in Kander and Ebb's "And the World Goes 'Round" at Case Western Reserve
University.
