Recently, CBS delivered the new,official,synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming "NCIS" episode 22 of season 11. The episode is entitled, "Shooter," and it sounds like things will get pretty intriguing as the NCIS crew takes on a case that involves the investigation of a marine photographer's sudden disappearance, and more.
