He debuted as a voice actor on 2001, voicing the titular character of the Harry Potter series in the Japanese dub. He would then also dub other Daniel Radcliffe roles in Japanese, such as Arthur Kipps in The Woman in Black and young Dr. Vladmir "Nika" Bomgard in A Young Doctor's Notebook.

When he was in the fourth grade of elementary school, he passed the audition for the role of young Simba in the Lion King musical produced by Gekidan Shiki.

In February 2014 he launched a singing career beginning with the single "Fantastic Tune".

He began his work as a child actor on the 1990s at the age of 4.

On February 22, 2017, he confirmed his relationship with Kana Hanazawa in his blog post after an article in Shunkan Bunshun Digital caught both of them together on camera.
