Vanessa Morman holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Wayland Baptist University out of Plainview, Texas. She also has an Associate degree in Radio Television Film, from San Antonio College where she was also a disc jockey for KSYM College Radio stations early morning jazz rotation. Morman is the founder and Executive Director of the International Houston Black Film Festival. She is also the owner of full-service entertainment company, Sheba Media Group where she has handled agent-ed and public relations work for celebs such as Screenwriter and best-selling author, Antwone Fisher, veteran actress Bernadette Stanis, (Thelma from Good Times) securing multiple appearances on TVOne and other networks as well as film endeavors to book signings and public appearances. She has also ran PR and Marketing campaigns for industry greats as Andrea Wiley, (Exe Producer, The Parkers, Hairshow), Agent representation and PR for Dawn Carter, (Fox Pictures, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Date Night, First Daughter) Her company, in partnership with Delcor3 has drafted and distributed campaigns for the legendary Recording Artist and actress Angie Stone, filmmaker, producer, Arthur Muhammad (Carter High, with Charles Dutton, Vivica Fox, David Banner, Pooch Hall, 'First Impression' with Lamman Rucker, Lisa Arrindell, Elise Neal, others.)
