He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1978 to 1982 and later in the Connecticut Army National Guard.
Keith has volunteered with many organizations including the Connecticut Special Olympics.
He volunteered with the American Red Cross on 9/11 and for several weeks after.
Keith has been seen in The Bronx is Burning (2007), as well as Mitch Albom's For One More Day (2007), Brotherhood (2007), and 27 Dresses (2008), The Cobblestone Corridor (2016), Assassin Nation (2016), and a music video for the indie rock band Donovan Wolfington (2016). Most recently, he has worked on The Cars That Built America (2017) and a series of TV commercials for TaylorMade Golf (2017).
In addition to volunteering, he spends his free time involved in activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, and weight lifting.
