Sürel is originally from Samsun, Bafra. Her father Hüsrev Sürel passed away in 2013. She has an older sister named A. Müjde Erdogan. She entered the theater branch in secondary school and became acquainted with acting.
Sürel graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory Theater Department. She got her master's degree on cinema from Marmara University. She played the character of Leyla Kadriye Arslan in the Medcezir TV series between 2013 and 2014. In 2015, Hare Sürel starred with Mert Firat and Melisa Sözen in the movie "Bir Varmis Bir Yokmus".
In 2015, she played the character of Meltem Karayel in the TV series "Poyraz Karayel", starring Ilker Kaleli, Burcin Terzioglu and Musa Uzunlar, and she still continues her acting career.
