Iza Kozlowska was born on 20 May 1884 in Uscie Zielone, Galicia, Austria-Hungary [now Ustia-Zelene, Ukraine]. She was an actress, known for Ludzie bez jutra (1921), Carska faworyta (1918) and Przestepcy (1921). She died on 1 January 1962 in Skolimów, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Mazowieckie, Poland.
