- Naoto Ohshima was born on February 26, 1964 in Osaka, Japan. He is a writer and producer, known for Burning Rangers (1998), Two Worlds Collide: Chaotic Fusion and Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut (2003).
- Currently owns Artoon, a small Japanese game developing company. His most recent games are Blinx: The Time Sweeper and Blinx 2: Masters of Time & Space for the XBOX.
- Left Sega in 1998 due to the failure of the Sega Saturn at the time. He also quit, because in early 1998, Sega reported a loss of $350 million, which made some of the developers worried about losing their jobs. So a few of the good developers, as well as Naoto, left Sega for different jobs.
