Arshad Nakkoth is a production designer known for his remarkable work in the Indian film industry, with a particular focus on Malayalam cinema. Born in Velom, Kozhikode, he completed his primary education and high school at a government school in Kerala. Arshad pursued his passion for filmmaking by obtaining a degree in Mass Communication. During his post-graduation, he delved into the world of cinema as an art associate for the critically acclaimed Malayalam film "Sudani from Nigeria" (2018). This marked the beginning of his journey as he went on to contribute his artistic skills as an art associate in films like "Varathan" (2018), "Thamasha" (2019), and "Luca" (2019). With his growing expertise, Arshad emerged as an independent production designer, showcasing his talents in films such as "Madhuram Jeevamrthabindu" (2023), "Kadakan" (2023), "Padmini" (2023), and the Kannada film "Toby" (2023). He also served as an art director for the Malayalam movie "Ayisha" (2023) and the Kannada film "Rupanthara" (2023).
