Devin Reilly is a composer and producer based in Los Angeles, CA. His background in jazz and contemporary music has yielded original work in a wide range of styles and genres. With a composition style drawing from acoustic and electronic media, Reilly's pieces are characterized by their methodical, intricate structures, and rich, vivid orchestration.
Reilly has worked extensively with the Jim Knapp Orchestra, as well as with members of the Seattle Symphony, and San Francisco's Friction Quartet.
In April 2019, Reilly won the New York Youth Symphony First Music Commission. The commissioned work, "In the Shadow of Tall Giants," was premiered by NYYS Jazz in March of 2020 at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola (Jazz at Lincoln Center).
In 2022, Reilly joined Th3rdstream Productions, a boutique composer collective that creates original score for film and television. Reilly has worked on a number of projects with Th3rdstream - including Netflix's documentary, "CIVIL," which premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
His debut EP, "Talking in Circles," was released July 19, 2019.
