Justin Chaffee

Justin realized his passion for writing, while creating short stories at an early age. Justin earned his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the University of Southern Maine, which helped him enhance his storytelling abilities by exploring philosophical themes. After college, Justin immersed himself into screenwriting, with a focus on developing character driven stories. While doing script coverage work for Austin Film Festival, Justin connected with producers and directors, Molly Mayeux and Jay Walters to polish scripts from their produced screenplays, including the 2014 coming of age film Chasing Ghosts starring Tim Meadows. Recently, Justin co-wrote the Christmas sports comedy, Grumpy Old Santa starring Glenn Morshower, Gary Valentine and Kevin Farley, which was released in September 2023 as well as the Christmas crime comedy, Porch Pirates, which was shot in December 2023 and is scheduled to be released Christmas 2024. Currently, Justin co-wrote the sports comedy, Pickleball starring Kevin Farley, which is filming this June.
