Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Voted 'Most Humorous' at his high
school, First Baptist Academy. His family's gas station was once shot
at by Clyde Barrow (of the infamous Bonnie and Clyde gang). Graduate of
Baylor University Worked for Mark Cuban at broadcast.com. Has an extensive
guitar collection (but can't really play any of them). Married his
Canadian wife Margaret in a villa - once owned by Napoleon Bonaparte's
sister - outside of Lucca, Italy, 1999. Long before they met, David and
his wife were both extras in two different movies about abduction and
cults. 'Ticket to Heaven', filmed in Toronto and 'Split Image', shot in
Dallas. His wife now designs jewelry for Suzanne Somers on HSN.
