This fall, Matthew will star as a series regular alongside Kaitlin Olson in Drew Goddard's High Potential on ABC and premier as Claude Herdman in the holiday film, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, directed by Dallas Jenkins.
Matthew first appeared on television in Season 2 of the Emmy Award winning Only Murders in the Building, where he guest-starred as Little Charles-Hayden Savage. He made his feature film debut as Jackson in Paramount's Smile.
Matthew filmed his first lead role for the upcoming feature film, Going for Two with Julianne Hough. He was seen in Manodrome with Academy Award-nominee Jesse Eisenberg, which premiered at the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival. He has also worked professionally as a voiceover artist for commercials and on several animated series - including work with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Nickelodeon, and Disney.
Matthew is a true triple threat with significant theater experience. Working with Tony winning actors Jonathan Groff, Daniel Radcliffe, and Lindsay Mendez, he performed the role of Frank Jr. in the Off-Broadway production of "Merrily We Roll Along" at the New York Theatre Workshop. He has also starred on stage in regional productions of the play, "Tommy & Me" and musicals, including "Freaky Friday", "A Christmas Story", "School of Rock", and "Barnum." In 2024 he was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Performer in a Musical for his portrayal of The Little Boy in Signature Theatre's "Ragtime."
