Gabriel Prevost-Takahashi

Gabriel is a Japanese-Canadian actor from Tokyo, Japan. He started his career at 10 with A Doll's House, and has been featured in VOGUE Magazine and is a recipient of the Anthony Meindl BIPOC Scholarship. His current featured titles are Season 1 of FX Network's period drama SHOGUN, as well as the shark-thriller SOMETHING IN THE WATER from StudioCanal UK.

Gabriel grew up in an arts primary household with his father in the film industry. This led to a path to continue the arts, in both writing and acting. His current writing venture; 'Go For Broke', an Asian-American Second World War limited series under the Vancouver Asian Film Fest & Bell Media's Series Development Program, finished 3rd in Canada. The series is currently in pre-production with companies in Vancouver.

Gabriel will be next seen leading the Witch Horror-Thriller "Cheating, Dating, Hexing" from Naltobel in Vancouver. The film is set to release in late Fall 2024, as well as the Filipina comfort-woman drama "On The Wings of Sorrow" from Filipina-Canadian director Ana de Lara, and lastly the lead part as "Taka" in "Nagoya Ranch", a Western-Asian period drama that is currently in pre-production. Gabriel is a former athlete, is trained in Katana sword fighting, and is an active fashion model.
