Roland Collin

Fascinated by movies and music since childhood, Roland has made many video clips and short films. One of them, Cramps won the audience favorite award at the Manchester Festival of Fantastic Films. In parallel, with the Canadian producer Minds Eye, Roland developed two television series, Chess Kids and Damon, for the North American market. He made two more short films, R.I.P and Jack. He also develops scripts for cinema and television. In order to be a jack of all motion picture trades, he made two video games, Medal Quest and Waves of Death, for Polygone Games. He has directed numerous commercials, and in 2021, he wrote and directed a 23-minute film called Mist and Blood. This short thriller screened at over 40 festivals worldwide and was awarded over 30 prizes: best film, best director, and best screenplay.
