Noel Paganotti is a Brazilian Film Director, based in Los Angeles, known from his films: An Ideal of Liberty and A Wish From the Moon, with multiple official selections including to an Academy Award Qualifying festival. Festivals such as: LA SHORTS, Beaufort International Film Festival, Utah Film Festival, Martha's Vineyard African American FIlm Festival, Big Apple Film Festival and many more.
Also working as an Editor for "Safer At Home", an LGBTQA+. A Web-Series about a couple in marriage counseling, discussing many important topics such as the Black Lives Matter Movement, the struggle of the LGBTQA+ community in the USA and the rise in racism towards the Asian Community, during the pandemic.
Noel currently works on a feature film: "SLEEPLESS".
He aims to tell personal stories that echo his mantra of bringing dream-like stories to real-life by discussing various topics through many different genres.
