Elik Alvarez(I)

Composer Elik Álvarez has written music for over 80 films, television series, and documentaries. He has recently composed scores for the two-time Emmy-winning series 'Super League: The War for Football' on Apple TV+ and the Emmy-nominated documentary 'To the Street' on HBO Max. Álvarez is known for his collaborations with Sir David Attenborough, providing music for several acclaimed documentaries including 'Conquest of the Skies 3D' (Lumiere Award-winning, BAFTA-nominated), 'IMAX Galapagos: Nature's Wonderland', and 'Kingdom of Plants 3D'-the latter earning him the Best Documentary Score at the International Film Music Festival Provincia de Cordova. His animation work includes scoring for 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' and 'Yu-Gi-Oh!'. Álvarez's video game compositions include 'Contra: Rogue Corps' (KONAMI) and 'Transformers: The Game' (ACTIVISION). He also scored the Venezuelan film 'Papita, Maní, Tostón' (HBO Latino), receiving an HMMA nomination for Best Original Score - Independent Film (Foreign Language). Álvarez is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Berklee College of Music, majoring in Film Scoring.
