Latinx TV Executive with more than 20 years of experience working in the most important media and entertainment companies in Colombia and México.
A lawyer by profession, Catalina directed the legal and business affairs areas of production companies such as RTI Televisión and Caracol Televisión in Colombia. She has a masters degree in Telcos and digital technologies from the Externado University of Colombia and studies in Business Management at Yale University in the US.
During her career she has excelled in the design of business structures, team management, as well as in business affairs, compliance and M&A issues.
Worked in Caracol TV Colombia for over 11 years and for more than 5 years she leaded the production strategy and new business development of the company including the expansion of the company in México were she was named as President of Caracol Estudios México.
Also, she has been EP of series such as "Siempre Bruja", "Chichipatos", "La Reina de Indias y el Conquistador", "Ritmo Salvaje", "El Rey Vicente Fernandez" and "A Grito Herido".
Currently she is Head of The MediaPro Studio for México and Colombia were she leads all the content strategy of the Studio for both scripted and non-scripted projects.
