Shivam Kotsav was born in Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) . Did his graduation from Delhi University. He learned the craft of costume styling while he was in to theatre training and doing other freelance work simultaneously. After doing costume styling in a short film he gained his confidence in this art form . Till now he has done styling for numerous renowned films , series, Tv commercial and music videos .
