Chad Hodge is an American writer, director, and producer who created drama series Good Behavior (2016-2018), Wayward Pines (2015-2017), The Playboy Club (2011-2012), and Runaway (2006-2007). Most recently he wrote and executive produced Single All The Way, Netflix's first gay Christmas romantic comedy. He wrote the Broadway musical stage adaptation of Irving Berlin's classic Holiday Inn which premiered at the Roundabout Theater at Studio 54 in 2016. For 20th Century Fox, he wrote the hit feature film The Darkest Minds, based on The New York Times Bestselling book series. He wrote and will direct the feature film Anita, which tells the story of notorious anti-gay religious activist Anita Bryant through the lens of Hodge's three-day interview with Bryant in her home in Oklahoma. He is a native of Highland Park, IL and he attended Northwestern University. He lives in Los Angeles with his partner Rob and their dogs Frederick and Emmett.
