Co-founder/Director of Business Development - THE TALENTS IN YOU Since dabbling a little into radio drama, musical theatre & TV commercials in the last decades, Asta did not take acting seriously other than remembering how much she enjoyed the teamwork, the technologies behind & seeing the final creations. Her volunteer work as global campaign director for the award-winning "LOST KITES" between 2014 to 2018 completely changed her understanding of filmmaking & powerful storytelling. This documentary impacted her & many in the world so much that she decided to change her career path from being in the finance & investment industry & a practitioner in alternative medicine to become a full-time actor/producer in 2018. Ironically she was twice scouted by agents but only decided to take acting seriously for the first time. As a Canadian actor residing in Calgary, Alberta, Asta is more active in performing in US & foreign-produced projects. As a producer, she welcomes any opportunities to collaborate with filmmakers worldwide. Her preferred genre is ROM-COM, Family, Faith-based, Comedy, Science Research, medical research, and projects intended to positively impact mankind. She's fluent in English, Cantonese & most Mandarin, with a 25 years age range for her acting roles. She looks forward to share with any like minded producers about her upcoming projects as well as finding out whether they will be a good fit for potential collaborations.
