Tori studied Film and Television at Arizona State University. She began working as a Production Assistant for PBS on teenage drunk driving film. She continued working in productions including commercials for Lenova and others as well as independent films such as "Pirates of the Great Salt Lake".
In 2004, she began working with Harperhaus, a company specializing in weapons for the film industry and so began her foray into the world of Armorers and Props. Ms. Wagner is NRA certified Range Safety Officer as well as a Licensed Risk Manager. This experience makes her an asset to any production, especially those including artillery and firearms.
