Samantha Bozin is a NYC based actor, writer, and director. She grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved to New York when she was 18 years old to study acting at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. At AADA, Samantha studied stage theatre, musical theatre, and filmography.
After graduating from AADA in 2018, Samantha started acting in plays and short films in New York. Some of her work includes: Staying Inside by Shana Holmes (2019; selected for Agoraphobia Film Fest 2020), a reading of Room Service by Ilene Fischer (2019; associated with Stripped Scripts), and more!
Samantha also recently created her own film production company, called Fentress Films. Her directorial debut was Life in a Vial (2020) which is a film she wrote about type one diabetes and insulin affordability in the US. The film has been selected for eleven international film festivals, been a finalist at seven festivals, and been nominated for four awards! Dangerous Discourse (2020) which is the second film she directed, has been selected for ten international film festivals, been a finalist at four festivals, been nominated for three awards, and won two awards.
Although Samantha is just starting out in the professional acting and filmmaking world, she plans to create tons more art in the near future!
