Saunak was born on 29th October 1991 in West Bengal, Saunak is an actor, associate casting director and theatre personal. He started his acting career through Theatre (Moulali Rangashilpi). Later working with several theatre group Chadyobeshi, Sutanuti Nandanik, Anyo Chhanda and also working in Morichika as a Director. Saunak debut his film career by appearing in the the 'CID Bengal" television serial (2013). Later worked in a award winning short film little magazine (2018) directed by Jayjit Mukherje, web series Abhay in Zee5 (2019) , web-based film Birendra Krishna Bhadra (2019) and also played a Major role in Tansener Tanpura (2020) in Hoichoi. His up coming web based web series Officer's Choice (2021) and Aparajito directed by Anik Dutta and Spandan by Jayjit Mukherjee. As a director his Play "Kirat (2019)" was highly appreciated by audience and ZEE24Ghonta which was based on story Shikar by Bhagawati Charan Panigrahi and award winning film Mrigaya by Mrinal Sen.
